- Training with groups of 5+, $30.00/person
- Training with groups of 3-4, $35.00/person

NUTRITION PLANNING
Certified nutrition coaches can assess your current eating habits and point you towards healthy eating styles. This can be combined with any of our workout packages.

- Eating habit modification plan
- Planning for success using SMART goals (s=specific, m=measurable, a=achievable, r=relevant, t=time oriented)
Rate:
- $150/person
- If combined with our personal training packages, you receive a 50% discount at $50/person

WEDDING TONE UP
Getting married or attending a wedding and need to tone up? This wedding weight loss/tone up package is an intense workout and diet package that is aimed at making you look the best on the day!

- Eating habit modification plan
- Planning for success using SMART goals (this planning will include what you will do outside of each training session)
- Assessment of your current physical abilities including weight, resting heart rate, flexibility, and general endurance to set a baseline for your training.
- $125/person/each training session

SELF TRAINING ($150)
If you are looking to start a workout or want to improve your current program, this option is for you.

*Have a workout facility in your apartment or home that allows personal training? If yes, no additional fees will apply. If a facility is required, additional drop-in fees may apply.
Once this initial session is complete, I encourage you to set up another session in a month's time to check on your progress and to modify your workout program. Any subsequent sessions will be conducted at $80.00/hour.
If you are looking to start a workout or want to improve your current program, this option is for you.

- A consultation session to set goals and review your current physical abilities.
- A 1 hour workout session. In this session I will go through the workout program step by step and make sure you are performing all of the exercises correctly.

AFRO-BRAZILIAN DANCE
Looking for a unique way to get fit? Afro-Brazilian dance is a compilation of different forms of dances such as Samba Reggae, Samba, Samba de roda, and Maracatu and is musically rich, stemming from a solid drum rhythm. This dance uses the feet, free and independent movements of the arms, chest, head and hips. Each dance is broken down so students can understand the movement and also the history behind the dance. This program is taught so that the participants are always active and hence also receives a workout, while learning new dance moves.

Rules and Regulations for Fitness Sessions
* If you need to reschedule a workout session, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or you will be required to pay the full amount for that session.
* Unless arrangements have been made with the trainer, member arriving late will only receive the remaining scheduled time for their session. If you do not show up, you will still be charged for the full amount of that session.
* No refunds will be made unless the trainer cannot continue the sessions.
